Just as spring brings a bloom of hope after long winters, parenting too can blossom with the right support. As educators and staff, you see the joys and struggles families face every day. Parent Coaching is here to help parents in our district find encouragement, tools, and renewed confidence—so they can experience the beauty in their parenting journey. Together, we can support stronger families and brighter futures.

On Tuesday and Wednesday of this week completers in Mr. Hill's Livestock Management courses participated in a two day Animal Reproduction course at the Willow Bend Agricultural Innovation Center. Over the course of those two days they learned about artificial insemination and reproductive physiology as well as bull and ram selection and pairing using progeny data. This was a fantastic two days full of learning and hands on activities that will prepare our students to enter the animal science fields and university pathways. Monroe County students were joined by students from Greenbrier East and Greenbrier West along with their advisors and the course was taught by extension Agents Josh Peplowski and Brian Wickline. Special thanks to Ty Judy, Farm Manager for setting up and providing the space.
